• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day they are lodged.

• Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 days across the US.

• Order Changes: We work fast to get orders out the door! If you need to edit or cancel your order, reach out to support@dinksdropspickleball.com immediately and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

• How to Return: Email contact@dinksdropspickleball.com with your order number, and we’ll send you a return shipping label.

• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
